ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) -- He's accused of using a made up story last month about the death of his two-year old to get time off from work.
Now a Wyoming man could get up to ten years in prison.Authorities in Rock Springs accuse Henry Bingham of pocketing more than $1,300 in donations from co-workers after they learned of the death.
He's charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, a felony.
According to court documents, someone from Bingham's job called last week and was told by his wife that the two-year-old was alive and well.
